Returns and Exchanges

Replacements

You are eligible for a replacement if the item you received has a manufacturing defect or is damaged. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods by emailing support@checklink.net along with a photo of the damaged goods and your order number and we will arrange a replacement. Any damaged or defective goods must be returned prior to receiving the replacement.

If approved for a replacement, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds and Returns

For personal hygiene reasons, and COVID-19 no exchanges or returns are permitted on sanitary products and underwear unless they are deemed to have a manufacturing defect. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.

All exchanges or refunds must be pre-approved prior to returning the goods. You must contact us via email. You must provide the order number, name, address, and reason for return.

Returned products, must be unused and in the original packaging with any tamper-evident seals in place for a refund of the cost of goods minus shipping.

    We (Checklink) will not accept product returns or provide you with a refund for the following:

    • Incorrect sizing [Please refer to sizing chart for each product before purchase]
    • The customer determines that the look of the product does not align with their expectations. 
    • The customer is not able to provide proof (photo/video) of defective products.
    • A re-stocking fee may apply to returned items on free shipping items.

    Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method after we have received and approved it. We will notify you via email once the refund has been made.
